Covid-19 (Coronavirus)

Last updated 11:33 9 July 2020

Following the Government’s latest guidelines issued on 29th June, about re-openning of places of worship in England from 4 July, we are reflecting on how we might respond.

For now, however, we remain as we are:

Our church building is still closed. Each Sunday that we are unable to meet in the building we are uploading a video and/or audio service, sermon or reflection to our usual sermons podcast pages. Click this link or the link in the menu above to view our sermon pages.  All are invited to join our Facebook Page. For those connected to the church you can join our Facebook Group (Burwell Baptist Congregation) where you can find links to our prayer meeting and small group meeting and post service chat.

On the Third Sunday of each month we share communion live via Zoom.  If you would like to join us live please join the Facebook Group or contact us for a link.  We hope to share a recording of the service soon after the service closes but it can take a while to appear.

We are continually reviewing the situation and this page will be updated with the latest information as and when we get it.

We live in uncertain times but we have a trustworthy God and believe His Spirit will lead us through.
